Bitterness Units: 31
Malts: Two-Row, Munich, Caramel, Honey, & Oats
Hops: Hallertauer & Cascade
Additions: Honey, Nutmeg, Cinnamon, & Ginger Root
Yeast: California Ale Yeast
Last year's Christmas Celebration ale was so tasty we had to make it again. Fortunately for our fans, we have improved our brewery efficiency and really boosted the alcohol with this version. We can't leave good enough alone though, so we used the same base recipe, and added even more spices. The honey aroma was strong again, but this time the nutmeg, cinnamon, and ginger really came out as well. Warning, these things pack a punch, have too many and you may wake up wondering just how many Big Hairy Dudes you had the night before.
